King salmon are the incredible fish that everyone hears about, weighing anywhere from 25 to 70 pounds!

Feeder king salmon, which are two- to four-year-old fish, use our bay as a staging area to fatten up and mature into the huge salmon that go up the rivers of Alaska. These fish range in size from 15 to 35 pounds and are probably the best-tasting salmon in the world.

Silver salmon are present in the bay from the end of July to September and are great fun to catch. They are fresh from the open ocean and ready for a fight. A lot of people think these fish are the most fun to catch and the limit in saltwater is three per day.

Inlet Charters has six-passenger boats available for Homer salmon charters. The boats have comfortable cabins and restrooms and are equipped with quality fishing gear. Your catch will be expertly netted, bled and dressed upon entering the boat. Quality handling of your fish means a quality meal when you get home.

To all our valued customers thank you for our support through these ever changing recent years. Truly with out you we would not be ale to share our slice of Alaskan adventures.

We have been put into the position of adding a 7% fuel surcharge to our fishing adventures. The fuel has more than doubled in cost. This fee is passed directly to fuel costs. This is not something we could of planned for and have tried to stay away from. We appreciate your understanding in these times we are all in.
